115%;font-family:" times="" new="" roman";mso-fareast-font-family:"times="" roman";="" mso-ansi-language:en-us;mso-fareast-language:en-us;mso-bidi-language:ar-sa"="" lang="EN-US"&gt;Many&#xD;
library buildings are to be put up in India. Their design should be functional&#xD;
and as for open access. Quiet should be provided for readers and cubicles for&#xD;
research workers. Department of Library Science and Seminar and group&#xD;
discussion rooms should be provided. A modular unit of one meter or three feet&#xD;
should be adopted for internal dimensions. Standard units are prescribed for&#xD;
area per reader, number of volumes per square meter in stack-room, counter and&#xD;
all the fittings and furniture. Dry construction should be used to provide for&#xD;
mobility of arrangement of rooms etc.&lt;/span&gt;

out that "System" is now left undefined. Indicates how the Spiral of&#xD;
Scientific Method may be used to define a system with the aid of the concept of&#xD;
Fundamental Laws. Traces the progressive cluttering of connecting symbols. Points&#xD;
out the versatility of a Mixed Notation and of Telescoping. Isolates Some&#xD;
unsolved problems in the Idea Plane and states that the solutions for them&#xD;
could only be found by the further pursuit of the discipline of the Philosophy&#xD;
of Science. Shows how the hitherto unsolved problems of Branch Systems can now&#xD;
be solved with the aid of Zone Analysis and thereby the Canons for filiatory&#xD;
sequence can be satisfied.&lt;/span&gt;
