characteristics and dependence of curve parameters on tex of rabbit hairs&#xD;
obtained from six genetic groups, viz. German, British, Russian, German ×&#xD;
British, German × Russian and German × British × Russian angora rabbit, are&#xD;
reported. The results do not differ much for the variance analysis of&#xD;
unadjusted means except in the case of post yield slope (&lt;i&gt;PY&lt;/i&gt;), breaking&#xD;
load (&lt;i&gt;BL&lt;/i&gt;) and stress at 30% extension (&lt;i&gt;F&lt;/i&gt;&lt;sub&gt;30&lt;/sub&gt;). The&#xD;
adjusted means of &lt;i&gt;PY&lt;/i&gt; with respect to tex do not differ significantly&#xD;
whereas the differences between groups are observed in the case of &lt;i&gt;BL&lt;/i&gt;&#xD;
and F&lt;sub&gt;30&lt;/sub&gt; Based on the homogeneity tests, common regression&#xD;
coefficients of curve parameters on tex are obtained in the case of &lt;i&gt;PY,&lt;/i&gt; &lt;i&gt;BL&lt;/i&gt;,&#xD;
tenacity at break and extension at break.&lt;/span&gt;

sunlight on cotton fabric in presence of artificial perspiration has been&#xD;
evaluated by strength loss studies, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray&#xD;
diffraction. Significant loss in the tensile strength and development of cracks&#xD;
and fibrillation were observed in fibrics exposed in presence of perspiration.&lt;/span&gt;

font-family:" calibri","sans-serif";mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin;mso-fareast-font-family:="" "times="" new="" roman";mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast;mso-hansi-theme-font:="" minor-latin;mso-bidi-font-family:"times="" roman";mso-ansi-language:en-us;="" mso-fareast-language:en-us;mso-bidi-language:ar-sa"=""&gt;10-Chloroantitracene-9-aldehyde,&#xD;
obtained by the treatment of N,N-dimethylformamide and phosphorus oxychloride&#xD;
on anthrone, was reacted with piperidine and morpholine to get 10-piperidino-&#xD;
and 10-morpholino-anthracene-9-aldehydesrespectively. Condensation of these&#xD;
compounds with 2-methylbenzoxazole, 2-methylbeozimidazole and&#xD;
2-cyanomethylbeozimidazole yielded the corresponding 10-piperidino- and&#xD;
10-morpholino-9-(β-hetarlethylene)anthracenes. These brilliant yellow&#xD;
fluorescent compounds were applied on polyester as disperse dyes which resulted&#xD;
bright yellow shades with green fluorescence with moderate to good light&#xD;
fastness and good sublimation fastness.&lt;/span&gt;
