<title>Plug-and-Play Automatic control for Illumination in Industrial Sector to Increase the Energy Efficiency</title>

<description>Title: Plug-and-Play Automatic control for Illumination in Industrial Sector to Increase the Energy Efficiency
Authors: Lopez-Leyva, JA; Ramos-Garcia, VM; Ponce-Camacho, MA
Abstract: An automatic control for illumination is presented in order to improve energy management in industrial work areas with different illumination requirements. Regarding the power consumption parameter for illumination equipment with/without the control proposed, the theoretical results are very close to the measurements. In fact, the active time for a particular lamp was drastically decreased ≈ 12.5 hours less for power consumption without degrading the optimum illumination condition to perform a particular industrial activity with the precision and security required for the process and the human resource.

<title>How to Enhance Customer Involvement in Service Innovation within Service Industry</title>

<description>Title: How to Enhance Customer Involvement in Service Innovation within Service Industry
Authors: Wu, Yu-Chi; Lin, Grace T R; Yu, Wei-Han
Abstract: The purpose of this study is to provide a framework to develop the linkage between employee service innovation behavior and customer involvement in service innovation based on social exchange theory. This empirical study utilizes regression analysis to test the proposed mediating model. The findings indicate that the employee service innovation behavior leads to a quality customer-employee relationship which in turn encourages consumers to involve in service innovation.

<title>Design and Investigation of Adaptive Fixed Duty Cycle MPPT algorithm for Photovoltaic Systems</title>

<description>Title: Design and Investigation of Adaptive Fixed Duty Cycle MPPT algorithm for Photovoltaic Systems
Authors: Kumari, J S; Lenine, D; Babu, C S
Abstract: As the usage of fossil fuel and generation has required the available resources, there was great boom for renewable energy sources. The most abundant solar energy is one of the most familiar sources of energy in the present world. In solar system, the photovoltaic array depends on the climatic variations, solar intensity and temperature of the atmosphere. The effect can be minimized. Though many MPPT techniques are described in the literature, sufficient comparative analysis with proper environmental condition is not addressed. In this paper, a novel Adaptive Fixed Step Size (AFDC) AFDC technique is designed and is evaluated that can adaptively adjusts to reference step size and hysteresis bandwidth, AFDC is also promises to result in improved efficiency with automatic self-tuning perturbations.

<description>Title: A Prewarning Analysis of the Credit Risk of Local Government Debt in China
Authors: Feng, Mei; Guo, Hongxia
Abstract: Taking the debt of local governments in 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China as the research object, this paper incorporates data on GDP, general budget revenue and other indicators from 1995 to 2016 in an improved KMV model to predict the credit default probability of local government debt from 2017 to 2019 and to put forward related suggestions.
