    <title>Study on the Effectiveness of Scented finish on Silk Textiles</title>

    <description>Title: Study on the Effectiveness of Scented finish on Silk Textiles
Authors: Das, Brojeswari; Rangi, Abhilasha; Hipparagi, S. A.; Sreenivas; Periyasamy, S.
Abstract: Among all textile materials, silk is known for its soft and comfortable touch. The silky touch provides ultra-sensitive comfort to the&#xD;
wearer. The importance of aroma treatment on textiles has increased in recent years. In the present article, analysis has been done to provide&#xD;
aroma finish on silk cloth. Silk is an expensive natural fiber, used for textiles and is renowned for its feel and attractiveness. The addition of&#xD;
aroma finish to the silk product makes it more valuable. The aim of this study is to develop a permanent aroma finish on silk products enabling&#xD;
them to withstand home washing or dry cleaning. Microencapsulated aromatic chemicals have been used for this treatment. Various methods&#xD;
of applying aroma finishes such as impregnation method, exhaust method, dip-pad-dry method and spray have been used to observe the effect&#xD;
of the application method and understand their performance. Aroma finished silk fabrics have been subjectively evaluated according to Odor&#xD;
Intensity Reference Scaling (OIRS). The effect of aromatic finish on the physical properties of silk textiles has also been studied. No adverse&#xD;
effects on fabric handle were observed after aroma finishing treatment.

    <title>The role of nano-natural products in healthcare</title>
    <link>http://nopr.niscpr.res.in/handle/123456789/66260</link>
    <description>Title: The role of nano-natural products in healthcare
Authors: Gupta, Meenal; Soni (Kadel), Chitralekha
Abstract: Medicinal plants play a vital role in the well-being of human beings and society, as the components present in them get absorbed into the&#xD;
bloodstream, pass through the body's metabolism and help in treating disorders. Different plant sources such as roots, stem, bark and seeds&#xD;
contain various secondary components such as "steroids, terpenoids, alkaloids and flavonoids" which are responsible for wide range of&#xD;
biological activities. Literature study also shows that medicinal plants have broad spectrum biological activity in the treatment of various&#xD;
diseases like cancer, diabetes, malaria with neurological disorders etc. Medicines obtained from natural products are safer for human health&#xD;
than synthetic drugs like taxol (Taxus brevifolia), and quinine (Cinchona species), artemisinin (Artemisia annua) etc. Along with the low bioabsorption&#xD;
capacity of these drugs, they reach the target site slowly and their structure changes from time to time, as a result of which they are used in limited quantities only. The drug obtained from natural products has low bio-absorption availability as well as slow delivery to&#xD;
reach the target site, and due to changes in their structure from time to time, they are useful only in limited quantities. To make the above&#xD;
mentioned effects more useful, natural medicines are being modified into nanomaterials. The introduction of nanomaterials in this field has&#xD;
demonstrated increased bioavailability as well as reduced toxicity. Reported literature suggests that drug carrier nanoparticles and drug&#xD;
nanocrystals among them are used to enhance drug-receptor interactions, easily cross the biological membrane barrier, and prevent systemic&#xD;
toxicity of drugs. Lipid nanoparticles, nanoemulsions, polymer nanoparticles, and inorganic nanoparticles have been used to prepare&#xD;
nanomedicines. Recently, various phytoconstituents like as quercetin, silymarin, and vitamin D have been used as nanomaterials in cancer&#xD;
treatment. Their use has been made necessary to prevent disorders in various diseases and for the well-being&#xD;
of society.

    <description>Title: Advances in Nanotechnology: Innovations and Applications in Various Fields
Authors: Jain, Siddhi; Tanwar, Kumud; Singh, Swati; Kakodia, Ashok K.
Abstract: The study of materials and technologies whose smallest functional structure is at least one dimension at the nanoscale scale or one billionth&#xD;
of a meter is known as nanotechnology. This academic discipline encompasses both engineering and science. Contrary to its name, nanotechnology&#xD;
has profoundly altered numerous fields globally. This review article's primary goal is to provide details regarding the multitude of ways that&#xD;
nanotechnology has been implemented to revamp different industries. As a result, an in-depth primer is provided, covering different ways of&#xD;
applying nanotechnology in modern enterprises. Almost every worldwide industrial area has seen advancements due to nanotechnology from&#xD;
small scale manufacturing and processing units in food, agriculture and medical sectors to large scale production units in automotive, civil&#xD;
engineering and environmental management industries. With significant cooperation between researchers, company owners, researchers,&#xD;
technicians, environmentalists, and educators, it will be feasible to anticipate that the establishment of nano-based firms over the coming&#xD;
decades will be ecologically benign.

    <title>Svetasvajnata Padarthadharmasangrahah and Quantum Reality: Contextuality in the Dialogue between Holism and Reductionism</title>

    <description>Title: Svetasvajnata Padarthadharmasangrahah and Quantum Reality: Contextuality in the Dialogue between Holism and Reductionism
Authors: Majumdar, Mrittuanjoy Guha
Abstract: Modern science often explains reality by breaking it down into fundamental components, such as quarks and gluons. This&#xD;
reductionist approach has been highly successful, but it may not fully capture the interconnected nature of reality. In contrast,&#xD;
holistic perspectives, like Bohmian quantum mechanics, suggest that the relationships between parts are just as important as the&#xD;
parts themselves-sometimes even shaping them in non-local ways. This paper explores how both physics and Indian philosophical&#xD;
traditions, particularly the Padarthadharmasangrahad, provide insights into emergence-the idea that complex systems exhibit&#xD;
properties that cannot be explained solely by their individual components. A key theme in both modern physics and Indian&#xD;
Knowledge Systems is non-absolutism, which challenges rigid definitions and encourages a more dynamic understandingof&#xD;
reality. By integrating these perspectives, this work proposes a framework for redefiningwhat constitutes a &amp;quot;system, &amp; quot;&#xD;
highlighting the deep interplay between parts and wholes. Thisapproach calls for a shift in how we understand the fundamental&#xD;
nature of reality.
