| dc.description.abstract | Multiple shoots were produced in MS medium
supplemented with BAP (1.333  M), KIN (0.928 M) , glutamine (342.2M) and glycine (6.665M). Addition of GA3 increased the shoot length. The
optimum rooting of shoots was observed in MS medium containing NAA (1.611 M). The hardened
