To study the semi-annual behaviour of the ionospheric ion densities, we have used the data of RPA payload, which were measured with thehelp of Indian SROSS-C2 satellite over the Indian region at an average altitude of 500km. The data were chosen of the solar minimum year(1995). The data analysis shows that the NO+ is moderate correlated in first phase (Jan to June) and also in second phase (July to Dec), whiletotal ion density is low correlated in first phase and moderate correlated in second phase, during the mid night (24LT). The similarenhancements have been observed during the sunrise hours (05-08LT) and sunset hours (17-20LT) also.en_US
