| Abstract: | Novel benzimidazole derivatives possessing two different structural moieties, pyridinyloxyphenyl benzimidazoles and indolyl benzimidazoles have been synthesized. Their antimicrobial, cytotoxic and diuretic activities have been investigated. High cytotoxicity is established in vitro conditions compared to standard 5-flurouracil. |
