A new synththesis and 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of C-aryl-N-(2,4- dibromophenyl)-nitrilimines with arylmaleimides leading to the synthesis of 1-(2',4'-dibromophenyl)-3,5-diaryl-3a,4,6,6a-tetrahydro- 1H,5H-pyrrolo[3,4-c] pyrazole- 4,6-dione derivatives

<span style="font-size:11.5pt;mso-bidi-font-size:8.5pt; font-family:" times="" new="" roman";mso-fareast-font-family:"times="" roman";="" mso-ansi-language:en-us;mso-fareast-language:en-us;mso-bidi-language:ar-sa"="">A new and convenient method for the synthesis of <i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal">C</i>-aryl-<i style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal">N</i>-(2,4- dibromophenyl)-nitrilimines and their 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition with <i style="mso-bidi-font-style:normal">N</i>-arylmaleimides have been carried out leading to synthesis of 1-(2', 4'-dibromophenyl)-3, 5-diaryl-3a,4,6,6a-tetrahydro-1 <i><span style="font-size:11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size:8.0pt;font-family:Arial;mso-fareast-font-family:" times="" new="" roman";="" mso-ansi-language:en-us;mso-fareast-language:en-us;mso-bidi-language:ar-sa"="">H, 5H –</span></i><span style="font-size:11.5pt;mso-bidi-font-size:8.5pt; font-family:" times="" new="" roman";mso-fareast-font-family:"times="" roman";="" mso-ansi-language:en-us;mso-fareast-language:en-us;mso-bidi-language:ar-sa"="">pyrrolo [3,4-c]pyrozole-4,6-dione derivatives in excellent yield.</span></span>
