| Abstract: | Polymer supported Meldrum's acid anion is treated with various aryl diazonium f1uoroborates at 25°C in acetonitrile to give corresponding 5-arylhydrazones of Meldrum's acid in good yield. Isolation of pure products by simple filtration and evaporation is an important feature of this method. |
