| Abstract: | Two new flavonol glycosides viz. 5-hydroxy-7,4'-dimethoxy-8-isoprenylflavone-3-O-β-D-xylopyranoside and 5,7,3' ,4' -tetrahydroxy-6,8,2'-trimethoxyflavone-3-O-α-L-rhamnosyl (1→2)-O-β-D glucopyranoside have been isolated from the seeds of Acacianilotica (Linn). The structure of these glycosides have been established on the basis of chemical and spectral evidences. |
