| dc.description.abstract | N-Vinyl pyrrolidone /4-vinyl pyridine copolymers of different composition have been pre pared by free radical bulk polymerization using benzoyl peroxide as an initiator. The copolymer composition has been determined from 1H-NMR spectra. The complete spectral ass ignment of 13C{1H}-NMR and 1H-NMR spectra has been done with the help of distortionless enhancement by polarization transfer and two dimensional heteronuclear single quantum coherence spectroscopy. The 1H-1H couplings are explained with the help of Total Correlated Spectroscopy. The aromatic protons of pyridine ring of N-unit are found to be sensitive to various compositional sequences. | en_US |
