| Abstract: | A series of 1-methyl-3-propyl-6,7-dihydro-1H-pyrazolo[4,3-d] pyrimidin-7-ones substituted in the 5-position with various aryl substituents has been synthesized by the reaction of corresponding Schiff bases with 4-amino-l-methyl-3-propylpyrazole-5-carboxamide in the presence of acetic acid. |
