| Abstract: | Addition-elimination reactions of 3-phenylimino-2-indolinones 2 with 2-hydrazino-3-(p-chlorphenyl)-1,8-naphthyridine 1 in methanol containing a few drops of gl. acetic acid under microwave irradiation have been described. The structures of the products 3 thus obtained have been established by an alternative synthesis and also by their spectral data. |
