| Abstract: | Ceramics (Pb0.90Ba0.10 )[ (Mn1/2W1/2)yTi1-y]O3 for y = 0.05, 0.10 and 0.15 are studied by means of x- ray, SEM and dielectric measurements. All specimens are found to have single phase with perovskite type tetragonal structure. The effect of Ti-site modification with Mn and W is discussed in the light of structural and dielectric properties. Results show that the phase transition has diffusive character and diffusivity parameter increases with increase in the value of y. |
