| Abstract: | A combination of sodium hydrogen su lfate and sodium nitrite in the presence of wet SiO2 is used as an effective oxidizing agent for the oxidation of urazoles and bisurazoles to their corresponding triazolinediones at room temperature with excellent yields. |
