| Abstract: | Pyrazole derivatives are well-known biological active compounds. This paper deals with the insecticidal activity of some pyrazole derivatives, namely N1-4-(Fluorobenzoyl)-5,5'-dimethyl cyclohexane-4-(sulpha/substituted phenylazo)-1, 2-diazole against American cockroaches, Periplaneta americana. The results of the study indicate that the few synthesized pyrazole derivatives show significant insecticidal activity against American cockroaches. |
