| Abstract: | Titanium supported gallium containing CdSe films have been prepared using electrodeposition technique. The photoelectrochemical characterization of these Ti-(CdGa)Se films has been carried out on the basis of their photoelectroconvertibility and photoaction spectral studies. Current voltage behaviour of the electrodeposited films was also investigated to construct Tafel plots for the purpose of electrochemical corrosion. |
