| Abstract: | Ramie yarns have been treated with different concentrations of 1, 2, 3, 4- butanetetracarboxylic acid in presence of catalyst sodium hypophosphite at different curing temperatures.It is observed that the concentration of treating agent and curing temperature affect the crystallinity and crystalline size of ramie fibre. |
