Sandwich structures of metal-free phthalocyanine (H2Pc) thin films using gold electrodes have been prepared by thermal evaporation. The J-V characteristics are determined for films exposed to air and for films annealed in air at 523K. The temperature dependence of current density is studied for both ohmic and space charge limited conduction (SCLC). The effect of incorporation of oxygen into the structure in both cases is investigated.en_US
