Complex permittivity at 9.1 GHz, static permittivity and refractive index of aniline, benzonitrile and mixtures of aniline + benzonitrile have been measured in dilute solutions of benzene at different temperatures (20-47°C). The measured values of permittivity and dielectric loss have been used to evaluate distribution parameter, relaxation time and thermodynamical parameters. The variation of relaxation time for mixtures as a function of concentration of its components at different temperatures indicates the existence of inter-association or formation of complexes.en_US
