Abstract: The Geometrical structure of the local non-Abelian gauge theory has been analysed in terms of the magnetic symmetry. Based on it, the mathematical foundation of dual QCD in fibre bundle form has been discussed mainly to analyse the confinement mechanism of QCD vacuum. The dynamical breaking of magnetic symmetry leading to the magnetic condensation (dual superconductivity) of QCD vacuum has been shown to push the system in confined phase. The flux tube structure of dual QCD vacuum has been analysed by computing the asymptotic string solutions of the field equations and the string energy has been computed which resembles with the Abrikosov vortex in the type-II superconductor. Supersymmetrising the dual QCD version for the case of N =1 Supersymmetry, the topological structure of supersymmetric dual QCD (SDQCD) has been investigated and the effect of the dynamical breaking of magnetic symmetry in terms of the probable state of Supersymmetric dual Superconductivity in SDQCD vacuum is analysed.
