Fluorosis is a form of fluoride poisoning based on intake of excessive fluoride for a longer period through drinking water. Prior to this study Mandala distt. of Madhya Pradesh had no place in the fluoride marked map. In 1995 for the first time in Madhya Pradesh this centre identified this disease.
