Abstract: The implementations of ISO 9000 standards are the means to improve product quality. The application of a quality assurance system in an organization is seen as a close-loop control system which deploys policy and strategy and obtains feedback from various levels in order to improve the performance of the services. Reflects on the benefits derived and costs involved in implementation of ISO 9000 system in an organization.
