A study of utility of Journals articles requested through inter-library cooperation (ILC) in the Pune bio-medical library consortium shows that a large number of journals are requested through ILC and half of the requests were found in the articles indexed in MEDLINE database. The study concludes that the resource sharing through library documents should be strengthened at local level to achieve cost effective library services.en_US
