| Abstract: | The paper formulates and applies a simple productivity measurement model for a library. It is essential to measure the productivity of a library for better management. The proposed method is called objective matrix. It is multi attribute operation oriented system which can be easily applicable in a library. This method incorporates participation, motivation and responsibility unlike the traditional output/input models. |
