Abstract: There are two major types of research in science such qualitative and quantitative research. Experiments are parts of research and used by researchers to define and understand a system or a specific process in science. Time, cost are important elements of any research design. The minimum completion time of experimental design and the evaluation of outcome are important parameters in experimental studies for any researcher. The purpose of this study is to develop a multi objective software tool which will enable researchers to design their experiments at the beginning of their tests and determine the parameters affecting the test results, thereby finding effective levels of these parameters. The experimental results can also be optimized using GA which allows the use of data of an experimental study without considering the experimental design techniques.
