| Abstract: | Studies the job attitudes and job satisfaction of junior staff in University of Calabar library. Data was gathered by a questionnaire from a sample from the staff of university library. The analysis of data reveals that majority of staff are not satisfied with their pay, working conditions and lack of facilities to improve their talents. Suggests interaction between subordinates and supervisors, provision of better facilities and involvement of junior staff in decision making. |
