| Abstract: | Introduces three new bibliometric parameters which should prove useful for correcting certain categories of bias inherent in the evaluation of scientific periodicals. When applied in a ranking list of journals of any discipline these parameters will increase its accuracy and utility in relation to the information needs of the concerned working scientists. |
