A time series study is attempted to identify the development of the library in different periods. Variation in library budget and its allocation on different elements are calculated to find out the adequacy of library finance. Per capita expenditure of a, volume user and service are calculated to measure the adequacy and efficiency of library services. An attempt is also made to estimate the impact of the library services on the research output of the institution.en_US
