| Abstract: | Reviews the practical problem of periodical acquisition and non-receipt of issues due to misdelivery and/or loss on transit. Some probable remedies have been suggested. Use of polythene wrapper and dispatch by registered mail are considered to be the best solutions. Early decision regarding introduction of concessional air and registered mail charges should be taken by appropriate authority. |
