dc.description.abstractResults of a survey of the libraries of the Teachers College, twenty-four in number, in the state of Karnataka are presented. Several characteristics of these libraries such as objectives, collection, clientele, staff, pay scales, services, facilities, budget, etc, are considered and discussed. It is urged that librarians should take a lead to improve the present state of affairs by providing better library services.en_US
