| Abstract: | A simple and high yielding environmentally co-friendly method has been developed for the synthesis of 'Biginelli' compounds as potent mimics of DHP's in dry conditions using inorganic solid supports coupled with microwave irradiation. Specific non-thermal effect of the microwave irradiation has been observed. |
