| Abstract: | (ZnCd)Se films of variable composition have been prepared by electrochemical codeposition. The electrodeposits have been tested for their photoresponsiveness; and characterised by photoaction spectral studies and impedance measurements. These results are used for the estimation of capacitance and corrosion behavior of the preparations. |
