Abstract: A method of measuring the warm-cool feeling of fibrous materials based on thermal absorbtivity has been described briefly. This method has been compared with the one based on the peak value of heat flow using some fabrics. It has been found that the thermal absorbtivity is a better measure of warm-cool feeling than the peak value of heat flow.
