| Abstract: | A new method of determining the cohesion of silk filaments in a silk strand is described. The method has been used to compare the cohesion of the filaments of two races of silk, viz. P5 × NB18 and N × G, and it is observed that the race P5 × NB18 is superior to the race N × G. |
