The sorption behaviour of five leuco vat dyes singly and of their four binary mixtures on cellophane has been compared from the observed arid theoretical spectra. Out of four mixtures, three showed interacting behaviour, as their spectra were non-additive in nature. The same was confirmed by job's method of continuous variation.en_US
