dc.description.abstractThe problem of cellulase production by Chaetomium indicum a strong cellulose decomposer has been investigated using a variety of growth substrates. It is inferred that the organism produces cellulose in commensurate proportions when grown on crystalline cellulose freed of any accompanying cellulosans.en_US
