dc.description.abstractA microcomputer-based sodar system that has been designed and developed at the National Physical Laboratory, New Delhi, is described in this paper. The system offers flexibility in the operational characteristics, in data storage facilities and easy adjustability in both sampling and display parameters. The quality of the echograms from microcomputer-based system is comparable to the facsimile records.en_US
