Tropospheric radio wave propagation in millimeter wave band is mainly influenced by water vapour content. The analysis of the radiosonde data reveals the variation of communication parameters such as brightness temperature, extinction etc. with water vapour content at 94 GHz and the height up to which the contribution of water vapour towards brightness temperature, extinction and excess path lengths exists. The results show that water vapour content at the height around 2 0.5 km influences more towards the parameters.en_US
