| Abstract: | Extensive data of visual meteors have been collected over Waltair during the 5-month period Oct.- Feb. 1961-72. These data of meteors have been used for deriving there normalization factors to applied to the visual meteor data and these normalized data have been used for evolving a rigorous method of analysis to obtain the true nocturnal mean hourly rates of influx of meteors. |
