dc.description.abstractFaraday fading plots obtained by recording the radio transmissions at 40 MHz from the satellite BE-C at Kurukshetra (29.9ᵒN, 76.8ᵒE) have been utilized (or the measurements or the magnitude and the direction of drift of some large scale Ionospheric irregularities. In daytime, E-W component was towards west. Irregularities were found to move with a velocity ranging from 69 to 142 m/sec.en_US
