Using the equations of the wind-shear theory and monthly averages of feEs and feE, the natural wind-shears are calculated for quiet and disturbed days. It is round that in addition a large seasonal variation and a significant solar cycle variation; the disturbed wind shears have a general tendency or being less than the quiet wind shears. A possible interpretation or the results is discussed.en_US
