| Abstract: | Concentration (µg.l -1) of particulate organic matter, particulate organic carbon, total particulate nitrogen and total particulate phosphorus in southwest Bay of Bengal during June 1985 varied from 322.4 to 1286.1 to 746, 62.8 to 198.2 and 1.12 to 4.17 respectively. The values showed high degree of variation in coastal samples than in offshore samples. |
