| Abstract: | Uca marionis displayed a 24 hr diurnal rhythmic cycle in the rate of oxygen consumption, and eyestalk removal disturbed this cycle. It is suggested that a factor present in the eyestalks may regulate the diurnal rhythmic oxygen consumption of U. marionis. |
