| Abstract: | Temperature, inorganic phosphate concentration and pH seem to be the major factors influencing the degree of saturation of calcium phosphate in sea water. Two water regions can be demarcated in the study area based on the saturation patterns of calcium phosphate. Distinct vertical and horizontal variations have also been observed in these waters. |
