| Abstract: | Isolation and characterization of cis-diaqua- difluorooxalato-chromate(III) M [Cr(H2O)2F2(C2O4)]. nH2O, where M =Na+ (n= 1), K+, NH4+, PyH+ (n = O, Py = pyridine), 1/2 Ni2+ (n = 1), 1/2 enH22+ (n = 2, en = ethylenediamine), 1/3 [Co (NH3)6]3+ (n= 2) and 1/3 [Co(en)3]3+ (n = 3) are described. The compounds are characterized by elemental analyses, conductance, magnetic susceptibility, thermogravimetry, IR and UV spectral studies. |
