| Abstract: | The atomic bond and molecular polarizabilities of some ferrocene derivatives have been calculated using variational method and delta-function electronic wave functions. Scales have been presented, where the derivatives are classified in order of their polarization properties. Common trends and patterns of behaviour are recognized and discussed. |
