| Abstract: | The binuclear Ni(II)-Ni(II) and Ni(II)-Zn(II) complexes with a schiff base binucleating ligand containing µ-aryloxo backbone and imino-phenol end groups have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV/VIS, magnetic and thermal studies. It is observed that the six-coordinated nickel centre is bridged by exogenous µ-acetato groups. |
