| Abstract: | Solvent extraction of titanium (IV) from sulphate Media using bis-2 ethylhexyl phosphoric acid as an extracts Ti(IV) quantitatively from 0,01- 0.1 M sulphuriq acid media, The method is simple and rapid and can be used for selective extraction of titanium(IV) in presence of larger number of other ions . The method has been applied for recovery of titanium (IV)from ore samples as well as its separation from other metals. |
