| Abstract: | This paper discusses the synthetic and physic-chemical aspects of solubilisation of aromatic acid doped conducting polyaniline in organic solvents. The observations of various studies suggest that aromatic sulphonic acids not only influence the charge distribution between aromatic ring and hetero atom of polymer chain but also influence orientation of polycation. This solubilisation of polyaniline is important for development of many technologies involviing polyaniline as a new electronic material. |
